CUET Exam Structure

The CUET UG exam is divided into three sections:

  • Section I: Language Tests
    • Section IA: 13 languages (English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, etc.)
    • Section IB: 20 additional languages (Urdu, French, German, etc.)
  • Section II: Domain-Specific Subjects
    • Covers 27 subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Business Studies, Economics, etc.
    • Students can choose subjects based on their desired UG program.
  • Section III: General Test
    • Covers General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
    • Required for some universities/courses.

CUET Eligibility Criteria
  • Qualification: Students who have completed or are appearing for Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognized board.
  • Age Limit: No age limit, but individual universities may have specific requirements.
